Amos Yardeni - Founder & CEO
Simnoa Technolgies was founded by Amos Yardeni, an Israeli Aircraft Industries veteran with over 30 years of experience in the field of aeronautics. Mr. Yardeni led the prototype development center which manufactured numerous airborne vehicle prototypes and flight simulators for Israeli Aircraft Industries, including the prestigious Lavi fighter aircraft. Since his departure from IAI, Mr. Yardeni has headed numerous projects involving motion simulation and multi-sensory complex development, planning and design.

Assi Yardeni - Managing Partner
Over the last 6 years Assi has carried out a range of fundamental roles in the company in the areas of the Business Development, Sales and Marketing and General Management. Since 2008 Assi has developed and continues to manage 4D Theatre network that is operating in various countries around the world. Prior to Simnoa, from 1997 until 2004 Assi was the CEO of Adar Software – a private-based IT company that specialized in Databases and ASP applications. Amongst Adar’s clients were leading public institutions and high tech companies such as IAI (Israel Aircraft Industries), ECI Telecom, Sheba Hospital.. Assi is a graduated of Economics and Business Administration (magna cum laude) from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Omer Golan - VP Sales and Marketing
Omer Golan has 15 years of experience in sales and marketing positions in software companies and Internet startups. Omer worked in companies such as Jacada, Enigma, SAP, Applicure and BestTV and spent 10 years in the USA. Omer brings with him extensive knowledge in Internet technologies as well as significant international sales and customer interfacing experience. Omer holds a bachelor degree from UCLA (Cognitive Studies) and an MBA (marketing and information systems) from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem

Valentyn Charnyk - Technical Manager
Valentyn has been working for Simnoa since 2005 and oversees all technical/ mechanical aspects of Simnoa's projects. Valentyn is also responsible for the actual 4D cinema project installations in the different countires and is highly experienced in his field. Valentyn holds an M.Sc in electronics and automation from the Termopol Technical University in the Ukraine.
