I have heard of 3D cinema… but what are 4D, 5D, 6D and 7D exactly? |
| A: |
Due to the fast growth of movies, video, and the entertainment industry, 3D Theatres have been enhanced by the addition of special simulations. The combination of 3D movies with chair movement (vibration, sway, tilt, drop, wave motion) and other chair effects such as wind blowing, water spraying, leg and back ticklers is usually considered a 4D experience. Using additional hall effects such as smoke, rain, lightning, air bubbles and special smells is often regarded by many as 5D. However, since there is no standard for using these terms, each company uses its own terminology and it is often confusing. It is important to disregard the marketing slogans (4-5-6-7D) used by different companies and check what is exactly offered for both the visual and sensory experience. We also recommend that potential customers experience different vendor product before making a decision. |

Do you provide different models of screens? |

Yes, we do. Simnoa supplies a few screen sizes depending on the hall size. |

How long is a typical 4D movie and how much does a ticket usually cost? |
| A: |
4D movies are usually 5-10 minutes long with some that are longer. A ticket usually sells for three-six Euros but this may vary according to the local economy and what is acceptable in a given country. |

Why are SIMNOA chairs built in sets of 4 chairs? |
| A: |
Based on our experience, A 4-seat unit is the most economical. However, in special cases we can manufacture a 3 seat model if the customer has a sever width constraints… |

What about content (movies), Can you provide them as well? |
| A: |
Certainly. Simnoa has agreements with leading 4D content companies and has a library of different movies for you to choose from. According to the nature of the project and the budget we can provide you with a movie package. |

What is the average delivery time for an order? |
| A: |
On average it takes us about three months to deliver a typical order but this can change depending on the project size (number of seats) and the current demands on our assembly line. |

Do I have to buy movies from Simnoa if I use your technology? |
| A: |
No. Simnoa uses an open system and does not believe in forcing the customer to use our movie library. You as the customer can use ANY 3D or 4D movie and we will program it to our system. We can even train your staff to do the integration themselves – it is easy and fast. |

What is the minimum quantity of seats that you sell? |

Simnoa usually sells a minimum of 12 seat cinemaa. However, eight seat cinema is also possible... |

Do you have seats without the full motion (engine)? |
| A: |
Of course. You can order our SIM3000 seat which has all the personal seat effects without the full motion movement. This includes special comfortable seat designs, personal stereo speakers, leg ticklers, back ticklers, bottom ticklers, face air blast, water spray and neck air blast…. |

According to our experience it makes a lot of sense as more and more people are looking for more engaging experiences. Moreover, with the proliferation of large, cheaper LCD screens in many homes the regular 2D cinema experience is gradually losing its attractiveness. People are more likely to pay for engaging 4D cinema experience since they can’t get this at home or at a regular cinema… |

How do you calculate the ROI (Return on Investment) of your products? |

ROI data has been gathered over the years from projects done in more than 20 countries and is considered therefore quite realistic. It is calculated according to the project costs minus the operational cost as well as average ticket sales income according to season (Summer versus rest of the year). We are confident that you will find our low TCO offering attractive and adapted to your needs and budget. |

Do you provide turnkey solutions, or only 4D chairs? |

Yes, we certainly do. Simnoa offers full turn key projects for virtually any number of seats with all the necessary equipment and know-how. Simnoa will deliver to the customer a full working solution tailored specifically to his or her needs after onsite testing and installation. Alternatively, Simnoa can deliver only 4D chairs with its controlling system which may be integrated with existing equipment. |

The installation process usually takes about one week for an average sized cinemas and is done under the supervision of an on-site Simnoa technician. |

What are the transportation issues we should know about? |
| A: |
All transportation issues are handled by a professional shipping company. To cut costs transportation is usually done via sea but in urgent cases it can be completed via air (it is up to the customer). For example, a 24-seat 4D cinema can be packed in a 20” container, a 48 seat in a 40” container and so forth… |

Simnoa provides full warranty for its products. Full warranty and support for the first year is usually included in the project price. Support for the consecutive years is also available. |
